In the office environs on a typical given day, each person comes in a different dress wearing different watches, ornaments, other feel good stuff, carrying different branded mobiles, wallets, hand bags, backpacks, and so on........ Yet all of them work together as a team towards cohesive organizational business objectives.
Here all these " objects " are neither an absolute defining factor of the person possessing them nor do they hold any significance in their business goals' execution. Isn't it ..?
However they indeed are important for every person accordingly for that they are their supporting factors that help them create a feel good environment for themselves which make them a complete personality to ensure they feel comfortable enough to define their existence required for their presence.
None of the objects of one person would be a reason for any kind of discomfort to the other as they are " mere objects " that do not bother others or others' objects in anyway.
Similarly, as an 'absolute individual entity' we all possess our respective religions, cultures, castes, traditions, beliefs, and so on......( be it by choice or by inheritance ) adorning which we make our lives complete in all phases during all the times.
A few wear a Tilak / Kumum / Sindoor on their forehead and others don't.......
A few wear chains carrying Tulsi beads, Rudraaksh, a Cross, etc and others don't.......
A few wear a Turban (pagiDi), a Topi, etc .... and others don't...
A few decorate their desk with some plants, toys, idols and some " other feel good stuff " and a few others don't.....
All these symbolic religious / cultural stuff that people carry with them are as good as the aforementioned gadgets, watches, mobiles and so on.......
They would neither bother anyone nor should they, for all practical purposes......
If you say that a person wearing a Tilak is bothering you because you don't wear one, its like a person complaining that someone is holding a precious Iphone which they don't.....
That speaks for the narrow-minded perspective of the former who has absolutely no idea of why they should be bothered about something that others carry which they don't, when the other person isn't bothered about you carrying a small phone or no phone at all.....
i.e.., for them it absolutely doesn't matter whether you wear any religious symbolic representation or not for that they consider those as precious assets for themselves.....

As a matter of fact, if you don't possess any such precious " religious objects " why would that bother others who carry them. Would a guy holding an IPhone bother about other person carrying a small phone or no phone at all.......?
When your team member, say a gadget freak, wears a nice latest android watch or something and you don't, would you call that guy an odd guy, or not so good guy, or not a simple guy, or a complex guy, and so on and so forth.....? You should either give a small compliment saying " Hey that looks nice....." and carry on with your stuff or you can very well just ignore it...
If you complicate his affinity about wearing those gadgets ( which by the way aren't absolutely bothering anyone in anyways ) it only speaks of your inability to hold a broadminded all inclusive optimistic perspective of someone's feel good representation of themselves.... Isn't it .. ?
So would be the situation with someone's religious affinity, when you simply cascade it irrelevantly and unnecessarily with the other relevant stuff, making it a reason to vent out your unconditional and illogical reasoning.....
Its like going to that guy wearing a new smart watch or some other gadget and saying
" Hey....You are wearing some weird stuff that I don't understand, hence I call you unfit to solve this regular equation of 1+1=2 because I feel 1+1=3 if you are wearing that gadget...."

People will only laugh at your illogical reasoning when you combine it with such irrelevant comparisons....
One may make a person to come to a hotel ( that is already customized with secret cameras ) in the name of a lunch party to subject him for a physical examination for whatsoever futile reasons......
But, can someone make any camera to insert in to someone's brain to see all the worlds it is roaming across ...??
One may make use of Galli folks, Detectives, State Police Force, Central Police Force, or be it even Interpol, to have a thorough vigilance on someone for whatsoever futile reasons, and cause him discomfort.....
But can someone create a force that can monitor someone's billions of thoughts, emanating from millions of neurons, that travel back and forth to the bounds of the known Universe and the unknown Multiverse.....??
When someone stands and travels in a Rajadhani Express train and you want to catch him sitting on and driving a bicycle, does that make any sense..?

As long as Lord is smiling and standing there just for the sake of his each and every devotee thronging in millions and millions to prostate in-front of him, so long does the God of the holy discuss adorned by the Lord, (SudarshanaPerumaal) keeps a divine Armour for all of them, the power of which is unfathomable even to the highest of any know sources on the planet that is beyond the combined power of a crore of Suns put together.....! 😊
