There is a concept called "The law of applicability based on the relevance and regime" that forms the core principle of prudence and well-being in every sphere of life.

For example,

If I have a 500 INR currency note and I am located anywhere in the mighty Republic of India, 

I can obtain many things with the same. From various vegetables and groceries to a decent pair of T-shirt and track.

However, the moment I board a San Francisco bound Air Lufthansa flight in Hyderabad international airport and land in SFO international airport for business requirements, the same 500 INR currency note will not fetch me even a cup of coffee anywhere in the United States of America because they transact in US dollars unlike rupees in our India. The only way it becomes useful is when I convert it to US dollars from rupees via a nationalized bank's foreign exchange counter before I enter the U.S.A.

It's certainly not about belittling INR or anything of that sort because it's all about "The law of applicability based on the relevance and regime" that demands INR to be converted into US dollars in order to become relevant for transactions in the US regime.

Similarly, no matter how much devotion one has towards several names and forms of various gods and goddesses, in this Kaliyugam, the same has to be converted to devotion towards lord Shree Venkateshwara, in order to make the treasure of that devotion yield fruitful merits suitable for one's peaceful journey in this Kaliyugam.

Owing to various kinds of anaachaaram and lack of sadaachaaram, both being a mark of this kaliyuga uddhati, several devata moorthees have stopped responding to the sincere prayers of devotees because the quality of the fuel and the quantity of servicing a vehicle has been subjected to, in turn determines its efficiency and smooth response for all obvious reasons. 

For example, someone has bought a sizzling electric bike and if they keep it outside in the rain and don't charge it properly from time to time, that vehicle in no time stops responding properly and after sometime it may be just a showpiece of rusted iron and dormant electric and electronic parts being assumed as a sizzling electric bike that has no more sizzles because of the utter negligence and poor service it has been subjected to over a period of time.

It's all about the law of "As we sow so we reap..." that is applicable to every sphere of everyone's life...

Oh lord, in order to keep sanctifying us all thru the year akin to how this entire world thrives on the sprinkling of Gangaajalam originated from Shree Vamaanamoorthy's holy Lotus feet when lord Brahmadeva poured the holy waters held by his kamandalam upon seeing the holy Lotus feet rising and going beyond the Sathyalokam too as explained in an exquisitely magnanimous way by sahajakavi Shree Potanaamaatya in his below Shaardoola padyam / poem from the 8th skandam of Shreemadbhaagavatam's Vaamanaavavaatara varnana.....

I remained astonished for a few minutes after I entered the "Ulaghalantha Perumaal Koil"  / "the temple of the Lord who measured the worlds" , in Kancheepuram, Tamilnadu long ago, by looking at the exact description of the above poem in the humongous vaaamana moorthy standing infront of me in that probably the one and only of it's kind pristine temple in our nation..!

At the same time, every citizen of India is rightfully entitled to the freedom of speech that grants them the right to express their opinion / views about any and every system / subject as long as it confines to the limits of mutual respect and dignity.

Every entitled citizen receives all the various government welfare schemes, government ration distribution, government fee reimbursements, government school education, government hospital treatment, and so on an so forth alike...

irrespective of who is in a given chair and who all form a given chain of authority responsible for the concerned execution because the government representatives might change from time to time but the public service systems always remain intact and improved over the period of time based on the efficacy of the dignitary holding the reigns of a given portfolio.

The electoral democracy vested with the citizens of India is essentially the highest power of this nation that in turn determines the national, federal, and state authorities from time to time via a systemic disciplined process called as election process.

So, if someone is unable to withstand a democratic government authority / representative being congratulated by a fellow citizen, for any given reason, they must express their opinion regarding the reason that is irking them and not against a representative as such....

Because, if you say...

"Today's weather is somewhat scorching and uncomfortable. I hope it gets better soon and I shall do my two cents of service to the planet by planting saplings/ watering plants etc...". 

it is understood and appreciated...

However, if you say...

"Today's weather is somewhat scorching and uncomfortable. Hence, I want the CM of this state and PM of this nation to take responsibility for the  weather condition and fix it asap"  and all other blah blah blah....." 

you are innately disgruntled and trying to make a mockery of a republic system's democratic functional existence and the cardinal principles of its constitutionalized executional mechanism which certainly is an issue that you need to find a solution for yourself by venturing deep in to the ideological and nationalistic perspectives of the majority of this nation and their expressed opinions that are as much valued by many as yours for you.

Though I might not hail from reputed foreign B-schools or elite Universities, to enlighten someone thoughtfully and thoroughly on the dignified and matured stand one must have towards their opinion expression in a public domain...., 

I certainly have enough prudence and wisdom to make a curated and dignified expression of truth from the prism of my own deeper and broader understanding of a concept, subject, personality, and situation while being fully conscious of my rights and most importantly my limits by the virtue of the higher order discipline imparted by my education and diligence.

I firmly believe that "Freedom of speech" is a precious right bestowed to all the citizens of this nation akin to a precious entity presented by gods to the devotees. 

The point about how a given citizen utilizes it and towards what all requirements, is a matter of their personal sensibility, choice and wisdom.

The point about how proper is that utilisation and how valid is that expression is a matter of the national interest, integrity and all-inclusive patriotism.

Another ambrosian cuisine named "Amla Halwa" that can be stored for a couple of months in an airtight container so that it remains edible for daily consumption

In a few weeks from now the rainy season begins and we all typically purchase / carry umbrellas for our daily hassle-free lives / commute.

Similarly, with the onset of the rainy season the 

typical lack of proper sunshine for the regular adequate vitamin-D absorption decreases the

magnitude of our body's natural immunity shield 

coupled with the rainy season's irky common cold, cough, sneeze etc.

So, it's yet again a different set of healthy food and medicine requirements for a common man to stay strong and healthy regularly in rainy season too.

Hence, before the rainy season begins, all those that have the below ingredients available, may prepare another ambrosian cuisine named "Amla Halwa" that can be stored for a couple of months in an airtight container so that it remains edible for daily consumption.

1. Amla (Indian gooseberry) / usirikai, a nutritional powerhouse renowned for its extremely high vitamin C content, potent antioxidants, chromium & very low in calories, sugar, and fat and thus a strong natural immunity booster.

2. Ginger, a traditional Indian kitchen's super ingredient rich in Potassium, Magnesium, vitamin C, Copper & Manganese.

3. Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, and other traditional Indian spices known for their rich immunity boosters and other nutritional value to improve and sustain good health for longer durations. 

 

Preparation :

Wash half a kilogram of Amla / Indian gooseberries thoroughly and clean them with a soft dry cloth so that not even a single droplet of water remains on them.

Deseed them in your preferred ways and make a fine paste with the obtained amla pieces.

Take a bowl and add a few slices of neatly washed and cleaned ginger and roast it for 10 to 15 mins to make sure they are dry enough.

Add all the spices mentioned in point number 2 and roast them for 10 to 15 mins on low flame.

Take this mixture into a mixer jar and prepare a fine spices' powder.

Take a bowl and add a few tablespoons of pure cow ghee and roast the amla paste for 10 to 15 mins.

Add the spices' powder and roast it well for 10 to 15 mins. Add adequate amounts of rock sugar powder and jaggery powder and roast it for 10 to 15 mins on low flame. 

Let it cool down to room temperature and it should ideally look like a shiny dark golden brownish coloured solidified Ambrosia like

the one in the pic below that I have prepared for myself for the upcoming rainy season to retain good immunity and health regularly.

(One may optionally garnish this exceptionally delicious and healthy amla halwa with roasted pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds for enhanced deliciousness.)

It is the traditional Bacchalikoora pacchaDi/ Malabar Spinach pickle, that is a rarely found cuisine even in the elite hotels and restaurants.

The summer's Rohini karte heat waves are troubling one and all. Loss of energy / fatigue / lethargy, headache, dehydration and so and so forth...

The effects are many and varied. So let's discuss a simple recipe that is essentially a nutritional powerhouse, rich in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as iron and calcium that are a must for everyone to remain healthy and active regularly.

It is the traditional Bacchalikoora pacchaDi

/ Malabar Spinach pickle, that is a rarely found cuisine even in the elite hotels and restaurants.

I have explored multiple youtube cooking videos and have prepared the below simplest form of the same that shall be very helpful for every middle class family to remain healthy.

1. Buy a few bunches of Bacchalikoora / Malabar Spinach from the nearest leafy vegetable mart and collect only the good leaves leaving aside the stems.

2. Wash the leaves properly with water and reduce their size into smaller units as appropriate.

3. Heat a few table spoons of cooking oil and add the above Bacchalikoora / Malabar Spinach leaves along with a little bit of chintapandu / dried tamarind and little bit of jaggery as appropriate.

Roast it for 15 to 20 minutes so that all the oozed water evaporates and the shiny leafy mixture turns into a decently dry paste. Collect this mixture into a mixer jar or a mortal/pestle combo in-order to make a fine paste.

4. Heat a table spoon of oil and add 5 to 10 dried red chillies, a table spoon of minapagundlu / uraddaal / blackgram, aavaalu / raai / mustard, cumin seeds / jeera and roast them for 5 minutes. Add this mixture along with a tea spoon of salt to the above collected roasted Bacchalikoora / Malabar Spinach leaves' mixture and grind them well into fine paste.

5. Optionally, one may garnish it with popu.

Heat a table spoon of cooking oil and add a few curry leaves and a table spoon of minapagundlu / uraddaal / blackgram and roast them for a while and add the above fine grained Bacchalikoora / Malabar Spinach leaves' paste, stir it thoroughly and let it cool down to the room temperature in a while.

That's all...! A highly healthy, nutritional, classic Indian recipe is ready to be savored with rice or chapati or dosa as appropriate.

Ideally it shall look like the one attached in the pic below that I have prepared for myself for today's lunch. Believe me, it's an ambrosian dish to savor with just cooked hot rice and the traditional pacchi pulusu with popu... 💐🙂

నన్ను దోచుకోవాలని నువ్వు పరిపరివిధాలా గావించే నీ కుయుక్తులను మానుకో రావణ...

లేనిచో శ్రీరామబాణానికి నీతో పాటు నీ కాంచనలంక మొత్తం నశించును....

ఏరా రావణ...నీకు ఈ కాంచన లంకలో మంచి చెప్పే వారు లేరా..

లేక చెప్పినా నువ్వు వినవా...."

అని సీతమ్మ ఎన్ని సార్లు చెప్పినా వినిపించుకోలేదు రావణుడు....

ఎందుకంటే రావణాసురుడికి ఇతరుల సొత్తును దోచుకొని తనవిగా చెప్పుకుంటూ బ్రతకడం అనే మౌఢ్యం ఎక్కువ....

కుబేరుడి పుష్పకవిమానంతో అలరారే కాంచనలంకను దోచుకోవడం దెగ్గరినుండి దండకారణ్యంలో సీతమ్మను అపహరించడం వరకు.....

అనుభవించేదంతా మంది నుండి దోచుకున్న సొమ్మే...

ఒకరు ఒకరికి ఇవ్వడం వేరు....

అది బహుమతి అయినా, దానం అయినా, కానుక అయినా, మరే విధమైన గౌరవభరిత పరస్పరసుహృద్భావపూర్వక

ఇచ్చిపుచ్చుకోవడాలైనా....

ఒకరినుండి ఒకరు దోచుకోవడం వేరు....

అది మోసం అయినా, కపటం అయినా, కుయుక్తి అయినా, దౌర్జన్యమైనా, మరే విధమైన అరాచకమైన దోపిడీ అయినా....

"నాయనా రామా, ఇప్పటివరకు ఈ లోకంలో ఎవ్వరికీ లభించని ధనుర్వేదవిద్యానిధిని నీకు అనుగ్రహిస్తున్నాను నాయనా....

సావధానమనస్కుడవై ఈ మహా అస్త్రాలన్నీ నిధిధ్యాసనంతో స్వాధీనంగావించి ఎప్పుడు ఎక్కడ ఏ అస్త్రం ఉపయోగించవలెనో లోకోపకారనిమిత్తమై అట్లు ప్రయోగించి

పరిఢవిల్లు నాయన...శుభమస్తు..."

అని శ్రీరాముడికి శ్రీవిశ్వామితృల వారు అనంతమైన ధనుర్వేదశాస్త్రాన్ని విద్యాదానంగా ఇచ్చారు...

మామగారైన దశరథమహారాజు లౌకిక స్వర్ణాభరణాలను, చీనిచీనాంబరములను, వనవాసానికి ఉద్యుక్తమైన సీతమ్మకు కానుకలుగా ఇచ్చి పంపించారు..

వనవాసంలో ఉండగా శ్రీ అత్రిఅనసూయ ఋశ్యాశ్రమానికి చేరుకున్న సీతారాములను సగౌరవంగా స్వాగతించి, సీతా మాహాసాధ్వికి అనసూయ మహాసాధ్విమణి అలౌకిక మహిమాన్విత ఆభరణాలను, లేపనాలను, కానుకలుగా ఇచ్చి

గౌరవించారు....

ఆ మహిమాన్విత దేవతాభరణాల, లేపనాల వల్లే రావణాసురుడి అశోకవనంలో బంధీగా ఉన్నా కూడా సీతమ్మ అగ్నిశిఖలా వర్ధిల్లారు....

అప్పుడు వారు ఆహారంగా స్వీకరించింది కూడా దేవలోకము నుండి దేవేంద్రుడు సమకూర్చిన పాయసాన్ని.....

అందుకే ఒక గడ్డిపరకను మధ్యలో అడ్డుగా పెట్టి రావణుడితో సంభాషించిన సీతమ్మ అగ్నిపునీతగా గౌరవింపబడెను.....

సహస్రాపరమాదేవి శతమూలాశతాంకురా

సర్వగుమ్హరతుమేపాపం దూర్వాదుస్స్వప్ననాశినీం

గా గౌరవింపబడే ఆ గడ్డిపరక సీతమ్మకు, రావణాసురుడుకి మధ్యలో స్థాణువుగా ఉన్న ఆగ్నేయాస్త్రమయ్యింది....

అందుకే రావణుడికి ఆ గడ్డిపరక యొక్క పరిధిని దాటి సీతమ్మను అగౌరవపరచశక్యం కాలేదు....

ఒకప్పుడు ఏ వేదవతి అయితే ఈ రావణాసురుడి అరాచకం వల్ల భంగపడి,

"ఇప్పటి నుండి నాతో ప్రవర్తించినట్టుగా మరే స్త్రీమూర్తిపట్ల అయినా వారి సమ్మతి లేకుండా నువ్వు అరాచకాన్ని గావిస్తే నువ్వు సమూలంగా నశించిపోయెదవుగాక..."

అనే శాపాన్ని రావణుడికి ఇచ్చి యోగాగ్నిలో తనని తాను ఆహుతి గావించుకొని దేవలోకానికి చేరుకొనెనో...

ఆ వేదవతికి బదులుగా అశోకవనంలో నిజంగా సీతమ్మే ఉండిఉంటే...

ఆవిడ ఆగ్నేయాస్త్రంతో అభిమంత్రించే ఒక్క గడ్డిపరకతోనే కాంచనలంక మొత్తం ఎప్పుడో కాలి బూడిద అయ్యేది...

కాని అగ్నిదేవుడి సమ్రక్షణలోకి సీతమ్మ వెళ్ళడం, సీతమ్మ స్థానంలోకి వేదవతిని ప్రవేశపెట్టడం అనే దైవిక ఘటనలో భాగంగా, దేవతల తరపున అగ్నిదేవుడికి వేదవతికి జరిగిన సంభాషణయొక్క సారంగా,

వేదవతి మరలా అగ్నిదేవుడి అధీనంలోకి వచ్చేంతవరకు సీతమ్మ గా రావణుడి చెరలో బంధీయై ఉండాలి కాని అయోనిజ అయిన సీతమ్మలా ఆదిపరాశక్తి యొక్క శక్తిప్రకటనం గావించకూడదు.

ఎందుకంటే నరవానరులైన శ్రీరాముడు మరియు హనుమంతుల వారి వల్లే, చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మగారి వరం గౌరవింపబడి, రావణకుంభకర్ణులు హతులవ్వవలెను....

జయవిజయులనే శ్రీవైకుంఠ ద్వారపాలకులు, సనకసనందనులచే శాపగ్రస్తమై ముమ్మారూ శ్రీహరి విరోధులుగా భువిపై జన్మించి తిరిగి వైకుంఠానికి తిరిగిరావడం,

ఇత్యాది ఎన్నో దేవతాంశాల సమన్వనయమంతా కూడా వేరు విషయం...

ఇక్కడ గమనించవలసిన ముఖ్యాంశం ఏంటంటే....

అపౌరుశేయమైన వేదశక్తి ఒక మూర్తీభవించిన దేవకాంతగా ప్రభవించగా, అట్టి దేవకాంత తనను హింసించిన రావణాసురుడికి ఇచ్చిన శాపం ఊరికే పోదు....

ఎందుకంటే వేదశక్తి సాక్షాత్తు పరమాత్మ యొక్క శక్తి..

మరియు సత్యలోకవాసులైన సృష్టికర్త అయిన చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మగారి వాక్కు ఎల్లప్పుడూ గౌరవింపబడే, గౌరవింపబడవలసిన, వేదమూర్తి యొక్క వాక్కు....

అందుకే దేవతలు ఈ సమీకరణం కార్యరూపాన్ని దాల్చడానికి ఆవశ్యకరమైన సందర్భాన్ని సృజించేందుకు,

ఏ వేదవతి అయితే శోకంతో యోగాగ్నిలో లయించెనో ఆ వేదవతివల్లె రావణాసురుడు లయించాలి...

ఏ నరవానరులైతే రావణుడి వల్ల పరిహసింపబడి చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మగారిచే వరప్రదాన సందర్భంలో విస్మరింపబడేనో ఆ నరవానరుల వల్లె రావణాసురుడు నిధనమవ్వాలి...

అందుకే మానవమేధకు అందనంత ఎత్తులో సంచరించే దివిజులు, అలా లోకోపకార దేవకార్యసాధనలో 

వారివారి విహితకర్తవ్యాన్ని నిర్వర్తిస్తుంటారు...

ఒకరిని హింసించి వారి సొత్తును వారి సమ్మతికి విరుద్ధంగా దోచుకునే వారికి ఆ సంపద తదనంతర కాలంలో ఎవ్విధంగా నెత్తిన పోసుకున్న నిప్పుల కుంపటిలా పరిణమించి వారిని లయింపజేయునో, శ్రీమద్రామాయణ ఇతిహాస కథనం మనకు ఇవ్విధంగా బోధిస్తున్నది....

ఓ అర్జునా! ఎప్పుడెప్పుడు ధర్మము క్షీణించి (గ్లాని చెంది), అధర్మము వృద్ధి పొందుతుందో, అప్పుడప్పుడు నేను నన్ను నేనే సృజించుకుంటాను (అంటే అవతరిస్తాను).

సజ్జనులను (మంచివారిని) రక్షించడానికి, దుష్టులను (చెడ్డవారిని) శిక్షించడానికి మరియు ధర్మమును తిరిగి స్థాపించడానికి, నేను యుగయుగాన అవతరిస్తాను.

అనే భగవద్గీత యొక్క బోధ చాలమందికి తెలిసిన అంశమే...

యోగనారసిమ్హుడిగా అన్నీ గమనించడమే కాదు, సమయం ఆసన్నమైనప్పుడు ఉగ్రనారసిమ్హుడిగా పైకి లేవడం కూడా పరమాత్మకు తెలియును....

To all those that are considering a sacred bath in the clean and clear / healthy waters of river Yamuna, especially during these Pushkaraalu times

and are concerned about the alarming levels of water contamination in the significant part of Yamuna's river flow..,

Haripur is certainly one such pristine destination in the devabhumi of Uttaraanchal range for all those considering a holy pushkar dip in the gushing shimmering waters of Yamuna from June 2 thru June 13, 2026, on the occasion of Jupiter's transit into Karkaataka raashi earmarking the celebration  of once in a 12 years' celestial event of "2026 Yamuna Pushakaraalu".

[ Kalsi is also famous for the ancient Ashoka Rock Edicts (an archaeological site featuring a carved boulder dating back to 253 BC) and the nearby Dak Pathar barrage. ]

అధ్యాత్మసంప్రదాయంలో ఆంజనేయులవారిని ఆచార్యులకు ప్రతీకగా భావించెదరు...

ఎందుకంటే ప్రత్యక్ష పరమాత్మకు ప్రతీకగా ఆరాధింపబడే సూర్యపరమాత్మ నుండి సకల శాస్త్రాలను స్వాధీనపరుచుకున్న అనితరసాధ్య సాధకవరేణ్యులు ఆంజనేయులవారు....

అందుకే కద 6 కాండల అపురూప ఆదికావ్యమైన శ్రీమద్రామాయణ ఇతిహాస మహార్ణవంలో "సుందరకాండ" అనే కాండ మాత్రమే "సుందర" అనే నామవాచకంతో అలరారే ఎకైక శ్రీమద్రామాయణకాండగా శ్రీవాల్మీకి మహర్షి వారు లోకోత్తరప్రసిద్ధిని కల్పించారు....

హనుమకు ఆ యశోవైభవం అంతా కూడా ప్రత్యక్షపరమాత్మగా అలరారే సూర్యపరమాత్మ యొక్క అనుగ్రహం....

అందుకే అమరులు కూడా అచ్చెరువొందే గాథలకు ఆలవాలమైన సుందరకాండలో హనుమ యొక్క వైభవం తారాస్థాయిలో ప్రకాశించును....

ఆచార్యులుగా లోకంలో వర్ధిల్లే విజ్ఞ్యుల పరంపరాగతమైన స్వాధ్యాయజ్ఞ్యానయజ్ఞ్యంలో సమిధలుగా వారి శ్రద్ధాభక్తిని సమర్పించే వారి వైభవం కూడా అట్లే తారాస్థాయిలో ప్రకాశించును....

యావద్ ప్రపంచంలోగల అసంఖ్యాక శ్రీచాగంటి సద్గురువుల ప్రవచనాశ్రోతల్లో, కొందరిలో కొందరికైనా శ్రీచాగంటి గారి ఈ క్రింది శ్రీలలితాంబికావైభవ వర్ణన గురించి గుర్తుండే ఉంటుంది...

"ఈ కీర్తి యశస్సు ఇత్యాదివన్నీ కూడా ఆ పరేశి యొక్క అనుగ్రహమే కదండి...ఎందుకంటే ఆవిడ "శర్మదా శర్మదాయిని" అని కదా స్తుతింపబడును.....

"పరేశి యొక్క జాడను దర్శించితిని" అనగా 

"మన హృదయకోశంలో నిత్యం దశదిశలా అమేయకాంతిపుంజాన్ని వెదజల్లుతూ ఉండే "త్రికోణాంతరదీపిక" ను దర్శించడం

అనే మన ఆంతరప్రయాణప్రయాసను  మన ఇంద్రియాలకు గ్రాహ్యంశంగా అవధరించిన ఆచార్యవాక్కు తెలియపరచుట....

ఇహములో నిమగ్నమై ఉన్నప్పుడు పరమును దర్శించలేము.....

పరము యొక్క ధ్యానంలో మనస్సును లయించి నిమగ్నమై పరధ్యానంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు ఐహిక లోకాన్ని దర్శించము.....

కాని ఇహము మరియు పరము రెండు కూడా

జీవాభ్యున్నతికై ఆవశ్యకమైన అనుగ్రహాలు....

అవి ఆ పరేశి ఏ భక్తుడుకి ఎప్పుడు ఎట్లా అనుగ్రహించునో కేవలం ఆ పరంధాముడైన శ్రీసీతారాములకు మాత్రమే తెలియును....

అందుకే మీరు గమనించి ఉండి ఉంటే,
