I believe delegates are of 2 types...
One, who swear in to perform their regular appointed duties for that they need be done, and the other, who bring in a different execution perspective to their regime, by going a bit beyond their call of the duty for the well being of a common man to the best extent possible, within the permissible feasibility and earn not just accolades from the upper top brass execs but also respect and blessings from the heart of many a AamAadmi for easing their journey forward...

They might look small, yet play a key role in streamlining the overall queue movement to a great extent...which in-fact were a pain area since decades for almost every AamAadmi and surprisingly no one has even considered them as compelling improvement areas..!
To take a few as a **reference** for the same, the chaotic path ways inside the VCQ compartments have always been a great turn off for peaceful queue moment with a narrow passage entrance for a broader pathway which resulted in extremely suffocating pass thru that has always dreaded the children and elderly people to move forward in the Q. With the new SS barricades put in place to align the Q with the breadth of the passage area, the pilgrim movement is just seamless all along the VCQ...!!
The final Scanning / Security check system near the MahaaDwaaram, has been swiftly made implicit to the VCQ passage itself with multiple counters and ample free space around, there by providing more room to speed up the Q in to the temple with hassle-free, faster, much efficient and completely fool proof scan in place.
'Time slot based Sarvadarshan' has completed changed a common man's thoughts on how arduous and time taking it is, there by bringing that much needed smile on their face to 'face the Q'.
On the whole, there is indeed a considerable lift up in the AamAadmi's happiness quotient to bring them much 'closer' to the Lord, there by living up fully to the very purpose of serving mankind to serve god as per our elders say... 'Maanava seavea Maadhava seava...! ' .
