An acharya of a temple neither belongs to any varnam/cast/group nor he should be asked to confine himself to some cast/group because he is universal and he caters to all casts/groups based on the sincerity of the wise and sober groups approaching him.
When he feels it is required to mobilize other Sathbraahmana groups in-order to cater to the temple worship needs during heavy devotee influx, he shall call other satbraahmanaachaarya's and become one amongst them...
When he feels it is required to mobilize other
Kshatriya groups in-order to volunteer the temple administrative works during the heavy devotee influx, he shall call other Kshatriya groups and become one amongst them by his feasible contributions as well....
When he feels it is required to mobilize other AryaVaishya groups in-order to cater to the additional financial needs during heavy devotee influx, he shall call other AryaVaishya groups and become one amongst them by his feasible donations as well....
When he feels it is required to mobilize other Harijan groups in-order to cater to the additional cleaning and washing work needs during heavy devotee influx, he shall call other Harijan groups and become one amongst them by doing his feasible temple cleaning and washing service....
When he feels, any of these 4 casts/groups are being against the development and well being of the temple, then he shall not get associated or affiliated with such folks irrespective of whichever cast/group they belong to..
because for him universal peace and well-being of the temple matters and those who work towards establishing peace of mind for one and all, shall be his folks and those who don't shall not be his folks....
This hypothetical example can be applied to many scenarios, by replacing the Aacharya with a wise person and temple with a specific cause or motto and varnams/casts with various groups...
I hope the message is clear enough to stop all sorts of narrow minded politics in the scenarios where politics are not at all applicable.....
Because a few noble folks are always above all sorts of typical politics....
