In the second charanam, he emphasizes the heart of ShreeHariSankeertanam as a multitude of the varied terminologies indicated by the highly sacred and magnanimous Vedaas, the heart of the Sanaatana Bhaarata Dharmam, and the global peace and prosperous effects of their recital in the specified phonetic balance and tone / swaram.
Greek and Latin are for those few scholars that are well versed with the same and the generic English is for all the global generic intellectuals.
Quite similarly, the pious Vedaashaastram available to the world in the form of the inherited ancient legacy via Sanskrit audio medium is for those few scholars well versed with the same and the generic Telugu and other derived languages are for all the global generic intellectuals.
Hence, Lord Shree Venkateshwara had Shree Taallapaaka Annamaachaarya's compositions in the meritorious "vaamaavarta lipi" based Telugu language which is decently well known to the scholars and intellectuals surrounding the highly meritorious Dravida Bhoomi and it's extended provinces comprising of today's states of Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhrapradesh Kerala.
The speciality of "vaamaavarta lipi" based Telugu language is that it's letters are magnets for attracting the divine power and their blessings...

the power quotient radiated by శ్రీ (Telugu) [ based on the inscriber's penance and devotion quotients ] is much higher that of any other language's Shree syllables' power quotients. If all the letters of all the languages spoken all over the world are assumed to be the body of the universal "Viraat Akshara Paramaatma" , then his heart located on the left side of the vital bronchial system, is decorated with the Telugu language's alphabets. The heart is known as the engine of a human body. i.e., the energy transmission center. Spiritual science extolls the Eeshwara saying "VaamayShaktiDharamDevam" which implies his left side is the embodiment of the universal Shakti known as Vishnu or Vaishnavi.
Hence, spiritually the "vaamaavarta lipi" based Telugu language reverberates with unfathomable spiritual lyrical power embedded in it's letters and phonetics.
