Chaitra Shuddha Navami / ShreeRaamaNavami...💐😊🍕🎂🍨🍦🍧🎇
There are various words people attribute to the "Sanaatana dharmam", a way of life, that has flourished on this mighty land of BharataBhoomi since times immemorial...
Epics, History, Theology, Mythology, Hinduism, Spirituality, Devotion, Archeology, and so on and so forth.....
While each of these words describe some or other aspects of "Sanaatana Dharma Vaibhawam", none of these can quantify it completely and thus the magnanimity of "SanaatanaDharmam" would always be above all of these words / concepts / theories / subjects.
For those of you who have had the blessings of listening to the Vaalmiki maharshi virachita
"SampoorNa ShreeRaamaayanam" pravachanams by Sathguru ShreeChaaganTi gaaru, it would be astonished to know that even today we have various places / rituals / structures / that connect us with the time period of ShreeRaamaayanam....
If it is true that the entire world believes in the advanced carbon dating procedures carried out by USA as the most authentic means to believe the time period a particular object / entity belongs to.....
Then, Ayodhya, River Sarayu, danDakaaranyam, Kishkindha,
RaamaSetu, Shree Lanka, have various places / objects / entities whose carbon dating results would point to their existence to the "recent" Treatraayugam that dates back to roughly around
6000+864000+1296000 = 20 to 21 lakh years ago.
While the ShreeVaalmiki Maharshi virachita ShreemadRaamaayanam with 24000 Shloka Mantrams being the most authentic source of the "Raamaayana Itihaasam", there have been multiple Raamaayanams written by multiple scholars spread across various time periods.... Right from the "RaamacharitaMaanas" by santh Tulaseedaas ji in Awadh language, who is revered as the re-incarnation of Vaalmiki Maharishi in this KaliYugam to the MollaRaamaayanam in Telugu written by a great poetess named Molla....
Look at the strong base provided by the language of Gods, the Samskrutam, that has been bridging the gaps of cultural and geographical limitations since times immemorial....
Unless it has been in wide spread recital via the strong Samskrutam base since the Treataayugam times of Lord ShreeRaam, how can an entire gigantic poetic work percolate down exactly up until the current times across various geographical locations of a nation that celebrates umpteen cultural diversities amidst its sovereign unity...
It is only in the past 3 decades that we have seen a revolutionized technological embrace in almost all spheres of our life...
What about the times before the past 3 decades..??
Which newspaper/e-mail/web-site/pdf/blog/vlog did Tulaseedaas ji referred to, to transliterate the samskruta ShreemadRaamaayanam in to Awadh language to spread it across the north of India.,,?
and which one did ShreePotanaamaatya referred to, to transliterate the samskruta ShreemadBhaagawataantargata ShreemadRaamaayanam in to Telugu language to spread it across the south of India.,,?
If not a divine "Iti haa asam", how come many stalwarts talk about the same legend with same set of people involved in their respective local lingos to carry forward the legacy of ShreemadRaamaayanam as per its phrase....
यावत् स्थास्यन्ति गिरयः सरितः च महीतले || १-२-३६
तावत् रामायण कथा लोकेषु प्रचरिष्यति |
"As long as the mountains and the rivers flourish on the surface of the earth, so long the legend of Ramayana will flourish in this world... [1-2-36b-37a]
How come the several places mentioned in the Vaalmiki Maharshi's ShreemadRaamaayanam and the various people belonging to those respective places celebrate the spirit of the various incidents from the
ShreemadRaamaayanam epic even today....
Let me take a small example.....
For those of you who have had a chance to visit the Bhadraachalam kshetram, revered as Dakshina Ayodhya, at which performing Annadaanam to one person will yield the merit of doing the same to 1000 people near river Ganges, there are various near by places where people, even illiterates, talk about the history of the associated incidents in their places since Raamaayanam's time period...
The " ippa panDlu ", that were consumed by LordShreeRaam and Seetaadevi during their the then stay near the present "Seethammavari Naaracheerelu " / " Kuteeram " / " ParNashaala ", areas, are sold by the local people over there even today...
It is because in the Bhadraadri Tribal forest area, only ippa Chetlu are the most common grown trees due to the surrounding geographical specialities and thus naturally the ippa fruits were consumed by lord ShreeRaam and Seetaadevi during their stay in the Dandakaaranyam along with the local tribal people who used to live there.....
Apart from Parnashaala, read about many such places surrounding the Holy Bhadraachaalam like Yetapaka / Rekkapalli / DummuguDem / Gundala etc that have an established connectivity with the various chronological order of incidents from the Raamaayana mahaa kaavyam....

The existence of RaamaSethu exactly as described by Vaalmiki Ramayanam is confirmed by the NASA scientists and it holds the liveliness of the ShreemadRaamaayanam even today though partially submerged / collapsed in to the sea waters.
And to those spiritual stalwarts who revere ShreemadRaamaayanam as a part and parcel of their lives, it is a very well known and an established fact that the recital of various Shlokams from the Vaalmiki maharishi virachita Samskrutha ShreemadRaamaayanam bestows the merit of chanting VedaSaaraswatam which is much more complex one weaved with intricate syllables' recital.
Thus ShreemadRaamaayanam is also known as Vedopabruhmanam for that it equips even a common man with the Gaayatri Shakti that equals a highly meritorious "sathbraahmaNa oupasika Gaayatri Shakti" owing to its literary prowess and phonetical power embedded within.....
For example, look at the Shlokams from 19 thru 26 in the attached SanksheapaRaamayana Stotram, extolling the magnanimity of ShreemadRaamaayana Mahaakaavyam in such a mighty lyrical pattern.....
Irrespective of whether one considers ShreeRaamaayanam as
a great poetic / literary treasure...
a history...
a legend...
an itihaasam...
and so on and so forth.....
it will continue to bless the readers with immeasurable Gaayatri Shakti conferred by its recital for that it is written by Vaalmiki Maharishi by embedding the direct blessings of 2 great personalities namely Lord Brahmadeva and Shree Naarada Maharshi who have added their Gaayatri Shakti to the ShreemadRaamaayanam in their own ways.
Whether it's a common man or a king sitting in his palace ruling thousands and thousands of such common people, the waters of the mighty Godaavari river quenches their thirst in the same way and serving chilled Godaavari river from a pot will make it even more relishing and healthy....
Similarly, whether it's a person belonging to an erudite upper class Braahmana varnam possessing a great Gaayatri Upaasanaabalam or any other comman man belonging to any other varnam, the recital of the mighty samskruta ShreemadRaamaayanam will confer all of them with equal Gaayatri Shakti and following a decent tone and chandassu during its recital will make it even more 'cool' and 'powerful' by conferring the highly meritorious SaamavedaPaThanaShakti because another name for ShreemadRaamaayanam is "Seetaayaascharitam mahath".
And the recital of
" ShreeRaamaPattaabhiSheka" sarga on the Chaitra Shuddha Punarvasu / Navami utsawam will only make it even more powerful by adding the power of fuel to the fire...
