It's not what we wear that gives us a great, dignified, kool appearance because it's all about how we dress up that matters the most.
For example., if we wear a costly Armani suit in such a way that we resemble almost a buffoon, can it be called a dignified attire that brings us a healthy look....?
No... never....
However, even if we wear a simple tidy collared T-shirt and a plain jeans trouser following the allied decent generic appropriate color matching equation, then we look almost as good as a top brass corporate executive and a cynosure in a board meeting who draws everyone's attention via powerful presentations on worthy topics with the relevant folks.
So, most of the times, it's all about how an entity is getting consumed rather than merely what is getting consumed that makes a huge difference.
And recently, I understood the importance of this equation, while I was searching for an almost perfect way to cook carrot curry.
Eating right is more important than merely eating something. Because, health is a precious entity that gets built over a period of time based on not only what is being consumed but also how is it being consumed...
Consuming raw vegetables leads to indigestion issues and consuming fully roasted vegetables or inappropriately cooked vegetables isn't good either due to complete loss of their nutritional value.
So, we must ensure to follow an intermediary approach to eat right for a brighter health and I have found one such simple approach recently as mentioned below...
"Roasting the semi-boiled vegetables with the appropriately roasted spices' mixture seems to be one of the best ways of cooking many of the traditional vegetables in-order to have a healthy and an amazingly delicious curry...."
as explained in this carrot curry preparation video by 'Vismai Food'.
I have tried, carrot, beetroot, french beans,
raw-banana/plantains, bitter-gourd, in this approach and all of them were just amazingly delicious curries that I ever had...🙂
So, to all those health conscious foodies out there, I highly suggest the 'Vismai Food' channel.
