Here's the invitation and a grand welcome to all the Perumaal devotees out there, for the 28th 'Annual Brahmotsam' Fete of
Shreemad AlarmelMangaa Padmaavatee Godaadevi samayta Shree Venkateshwara Swaamy, VivekanandaNagar, Kukatpally.
Shreemad AlarmelMangaa Padmaavatee Godaadevi samayta Shree Venkateshwara Swaamy, VivekanandaNagar, Kukatpally.
Ever since I met him for the first time in 2009, HE has become my best buddy and everything else to rely on firmly.
Both of us have started our lives in Kukatpally area back in 1991....
From a rented LIG quarter in BharathNagar, Moosapet ( where in I was a school topper in UKG as well ☺, in Vivekananda Memorial School ) we got shifted to a one small room's own house in a the then completely slum area called 'PragatiNagar' near by Jagadgirigutta, that was far away from 'Pragathi,' as it had no basic facilities of drinking water and not even municipal tap water / bore water, no underground drainage system and not even proper open sewerage passages, electric poles were being laid just then and no roads at all...

My mom being a home maker used to take care of me and my li'l brother and my dad was a petty worker in "Allwyn Industries", Sanathnagar who used to commute daily to and fro on his Atlas Bicycle.
During rainy season we used to collect the water running down from the cement roofing sheets above our house and used to store them in a big plastic drum. We used to borrow water from our neighbours in Asbestos Colony for a few months and soon after realizing the difficulty in summer we got our own borewell that has subsequently quenched the thirst of several families in our area including one of our the then neighbour Shree Madhavaram KrishnaRao gaaru, current Kukatpally MLA.
I still remember his words in a rather sturdy tone, " aei baabu....mee mammy / daddy Intlo layra.....Maa inTlo neellu aipoinai....
Mee pipe kaavaali maa inTi varaku....
Boring veskovaala....? " 😊

Being a UKG discontinued student it was a holiday time for me for a few months with full play and little study once in a while in a small primary school named St.Issac school that used to be right in front of our small house 😁.
I have started my proper schooling during May-June 1992 with 1st standard in a little bit far way small school named 'Rajadhani School' that was just developing in to a full fledged school with proper seating benches being purchased just then.
My father was a friend of that little school's principal sir, Shree Yada Narendra, who used to visit our home on his old bicycle almost every week to have a cup of tea and discuss with my dad on various advices on improving the school's infrastructure and to get help on more and more students for his school as my dad served as a Treasurer, Advisor, Doc writer and other roles for our little Basthi ( PragathiNagar ) and so knows all the surrounding colonies' members very well.
My brother too joined LKG in the same school. Just a couple of pots for drinking water were provided and no other basic amenities were present in our school then. Devi teacher was our class teacher and also all the subjects for 1st and 2nd class were taught by her.
Where as my Lord got himself placed in the posh V.V.Nagar area's temple under the aegis of HH Sri Sri Sri TridanDi Raamaanuja Chinnajeeyar Swaami ji, to meet me only after 18 years. 😊
My childhood grew with the 'pragathi' of our slum 'nagar' when it was gettinging Borewells, Electricity, small Temples, Roads and Manjeera water as well. Soon all my play areas across the vast open lands of our slum and the lush green meadows have become small houses and only 2 grounds in the Asbestos colony neighbourhood were left as play areas where in all my rest of the childhood was spent.
On the other hand HE was savouring all poojas, Friday's special Abhishekams, Annual brahmotsawams and was blessing all the surroundings with overall development.
And then this story went on and on and on.
( I will explain all my childhood details in another story later ).
( I will explain all my childhood details in another story later ).
I have successfully completed my 10th standard as Rajadhani High School's topper of the 2002 passed out batch with 85.6% and joined Kukatpally Sri Chaitanya Junior Kalaashaala and my Lord has then completed his decennial Annual Brahmotsawam celebrations and was becoming glorious year on year.
I have completed my college with 95.3 % and joined my engineering in BVRIT in 2004 with 04211A0487 as my roll number.
Here my 'good smooth life' started becoming an unbearable roller coaster ride after we have moved in to an ill-fated small 2bhk house construted completely against basic Vasthu principles, that has wrecked havoc in our lives for almost a decade until we have understood and rectified the major flaw by selling off the improperly situated southern part of the house ( I will explain those awful days of utter sorrow and dismay in another story sometime later )
It was during this key juncture that my Lord has decided to step-in directly by extending his divine hand and holding me firmly during those severe turbulent times so that I don't give up myself to those 'hard situations' leaving my dependent family in vain.
Due to a highly unfortunate 'self inflicted situation' off of his uncontrolled anger, my father ended up on his death bed in PULSE hospitals, I.D.P.L Chintal and recovered from B.B.R hospitals Balanagar, after more than a week of turmoil for all of us. My Lord Govinda and my guruji's, sadguru Sri ChaagaTi gaari, SrimadRaamayanam discourse were my only respite, to guide me on my responsibilities during those ill-fated moments. Had I been late by a few minutes in rushing my dad to hospital on the bike with the help of a neighbouring uncle on that day, for sure that would have been his last day on the planet.

Since then life started teaching me many a lesson and my Lord being my only world was always at my rescue.
He not only taught me proper VishNuSahasranaama, Mukundamaala, Kanakadhaara, ShreeStuti, and all other scared stotraas aachaaryamukhena....
( It was one Shree Aanandaachaaryulu gaaru most of the times, that have taught me all these in those initial days...)
but also taught me the reality of this world and how to face the same. He showed me how people ignore and walk away during our moments of despair forgetting all that we did for them when they were in need of us.

but also taught me the reality of this world and how to face the same. He showed me how people ignore and walk away during our moments of despair forgetting all that we did for them when they were in need of us.
He taught me how to hold the handle of time and steer it properly when its tide becomes an ebb to drown us in its continuous waves of highs and lows of situational crisis and showed that HE and HIS 'bhagawataas' are the means to reach the shores of peace to overcome the raging waves of chaos.
I was continuing my life's rollercoaster ride watching many a zenith and nadir of those weird times and their effects, that have propelled me to study this deceptive world's reality lying behind its good looking veil and have assimilated that undefined bitter truth of this mortal life to get better at handling the same to the best of my efforts.
And on the other hand, today HE stands mighty @ 28, occasionally adorned with diamond studded silver and golden jewellery from tip to toe
( Though its just for the well being of all his devotees for that it is said
'Aapaadatalamastaka Kanakamaya SarvaabharaNabhooShita Sreenivaasa darshanam, kalidosha nivaaranam, sakala paapa haranam, sakala soubhaagya daayakam...' )
and being worshipped magnanimously as per the finest principles of
"Shree Paancharaatra Aagama Sampradaayam" ( the tenets of this glorious form of worshipping Lord ShreeMahaaVishnu as per the principles laid out by Shree Naaraayana Maharishi under the name 'ShreePaancharaatra aagama' is followed across several temples including the famous Yaadaadri, Bhadraadri, Tiruchaanur temples and so on.... )
and I am @ 32 standing in front of him asking all sorts of 'Oh my Lord.... Please give me this and that and what not....'

He simply smiles and says.....
" From a small rented cabin in Raamnagar in your LKG days,
to your own recent decent big house with a small pent house as well for your peaceful sleep....
I am ' appropriately ' taking care of you in every moment whether you know it or not......
But I am staying in the same old small temple's sanctum Santorum since my day one, that is as much as your LKG life's small cabin...."
and such many other jokes as well...😁
This decade old "A love story with Perumaal since 2009" , continues forever as we keep laughing at each other every Saturday, as if we are the only existing species on this planet....😊
