To all those that are too exhausted because of the scorching summer heat waves, please consider the below tips for good health.


1. Have a few nuts (almonds, walnuts, dates, pumpkin seeds etc) soaked overnight and grind them into fine paste by adding a little bit of water. 
Mix this paste into a glass of boiled milk with a pinch of turmeric and little organic sugar as per the requirement. This will immediately restore / balance the energy levels and thus peace of mind. 

2. Add a few mint leaves / pudina into regular drinking water stored in a pot to make it slightly alkaline and drink the same frequently for natural body cooling effects. 

3. Continue having one groundnut laddu and / or sesame laddu to maintain proper energy levels.

4. Be under the sun only when you can peacefully view the complete sun's sphere in its typical orange color during sunrise or sunset for proper vitamin D absorption. 

5. Regular proper intake of green leafy vegetables in various ways and sugarcane juice, curd, buttermilk,
will go a long way in sustaining good health.
