1. A clean and green environment conscious dignitary that has created many mini urban forests via various "Janmabhoomi" initiatives during first and second term chief ministerial service to the then united AP.
[ During our school days, dedicated sapling plantation drives were held as a part of the "Janmabhoomi" initiative, and those plants are now huge trees in the children's park / play area near our Rajadhani School premises. ]
2. A visionary leader that has transformed the global image of Hyderabad from a cosmopolitan city to an internationally revered global city with the initiative of "Hyderabad Information Technology and Engineering Consultancy City" / "HITEC" city project that has subsequently made several MNC's to queue up with their IDC units in cyberabad creating several direct and indirect employment opportunities for the global Indian citizens.

won the first prize and "Nagarjuna Sagar Dam & it's Hydro Electric Power generation" project by Aitha Vinay Kumar and my team won the second prize for the best creative artifacts in the science fair held ]
3. An executive statesman of the Indian polity who knows the value and importance of maintaining cordial equations with multiple global teams and prudent peers to sustain and improve the well being of the state and that of the citizens.
4. A balanced professional and prudent industrialist who knows the difference between growth and development and adjusts the executary knob towards the latter for everyone's well-being with the consensus of the prudent stakeholders and other able executives.
5. An achieved leader with many successful signature executions who is now resiliently focused on the development of "Amaravati", the budding capital city of Andhrapradesh and a stable icon for it's identity of respect and dignity of governance, in the fourth term chief ministerial service to the present demerged AP, in-order to efficiently collaborate with several elite cities of India to foster various global development and local growth equations.
Our Hyderabad and Telangana too shall have their own benevolent equations intrinsic to the development of Amaravati right from improved faster national connectivity to increased and economic availability of various imported goods and services via AP ports besides many other projects of well being that shall greatly benefit Hyderabad in a positive way.
