Certainly "poorvajanma samskaarabalam"of a human being associated with that temple and Lord.....
For those who have had a chance to listen to Sadhuru ShreeChaaganti gaari " Sant Tulsidas Vaibhawam", once he happens to recognize an Ox in a Zamindar's house and identifies him as that owner's very own father who passed away with deep madness on his accumulated assets as to how his Son would take care of the same.
Sant Tulsidas ji used to treat that owner's father ( the passed away landlord ) as a friend and used to ask him to listen to his Raamayan every time he visited his house. But that arrogant landlord used to make fun of Tulsidas ji saying," Tujhe tho kuch kaam nahi rahta..... Hamesha Raam naam japna aur dusro ko bhi vahi sikhaate gaau poora ghoomte phirna......
Hame yaha laakho ka lenden dekhneehai.....
Jao Jao....phir kabhi sunenge tumhaara Raamaayan kathaalap......." and the likes......

This happened for several years and not even once did that landlord had a noble thought to respect a genuine Sadhu who came home to bless him with his Ramaayan......
Finally after he passed away when sant Tulsidas ji came his home, an Ox was looking fondly at him shedding tears and Tulsidas ji recognized that it is none other than the passed away landlord himself...!
( for the Sin of being blinded by his riches and dishonoring a Sadhu, he took rebirth as an Ox in his own house and was being tortured by his very own son to work hard in his farmland for more crop yield to fill their home with more and more riches.....! )
