It is believed that this continuously oozing water stream was created by Lord ShreeMahaaVishnu himself to quench the thirst of Little Dhruva who was performing a staunch penance there.....)

As I understood from a few blogs / pages, if it is a combination of the 5 holy Theerthams named after the 5 celestial weapons of Lord ShreeHari.
1. Chakra Teertham -Near the Shilaatoranam
2.Shankhu Teertham - Beside Supatham
3.ShaarngaTeertham - ???
4. Koumodaki / gada Teertham - ???
5. Nanadaka / khadga Teertham - ???
Then, where are the latter 3 located....???
Even a small info from any of you would be highly grateful....!
